Value Proposition

Only 25 companies are allowed to participate in the Chicago Resource Expo. This is done in order to promote an intimate environment, which has been a cornerstone to the success of the conference for more than 30 years.

A small scale event is a more effective way to increase shareholders when compared to larger shows that dilute your company’s message. The Chicago Expo has a return group of quality attendees, many of which are our former brokerage clients, both retail and institutional.

In addition to the booth space, each company may sign up for a 20-minute presentation slot. Presentations will be given in a conference room, adjacent to the exhibition hall, throughout Saturday's Expo session. They are a great way to introduce your company to attendees, and generate foot traffic at your booth. 

Participation Packages

Level 1 Package: Marketing Materials - $750

Our Level 1 Package includes a hyperlink between the Chicago Resource Expo home page and your company’s home page. In addition, we print a full color program to be handed out to Expo attendees, which consists of participating company summaries. The Marketing Materials Package includes the cost of the printing and binding of the program.

We request that you provide a digital version of your company's summary to info@globalresourceexpos.com, no later than October 24th, 2010.

The space provided for your summary is one page, two sided, full color, 8 1/2" * 11".

Level 2 Package: Booth Space - $3,250

Level 1 is included in the Level 2 Package. The Booth Space Package includes a 3x6 table w/white table cloth and burgundy skirt, 2 chairs (unless you request more), and electrical outlets.

The Holiday Inn A/V Department does offer displays, please contact Scott at 630-267-6863 for more details. Display booth rentals will incur an additional charge directly from the Holiday Inn A/V Department

Level 3 Package: 20 Minute Presentation - $5,750

Levels 1 and 2 are included in the Level 3 Package. In addition to Booth Space and Materials Packages, our Level 3 Package includes a 20 minute time slot on in Algonquin Hall.

Presentations will be given in our theater seated conference room, adjacent to the exhibition hall. Presentations are the perfect way to introduce your company to attendees, and generate foot traffic at your booth.

Level 4 Package: Featured Presenter - $7,000

Levels 1, 2, and 3 are included in the Level 4 Package. Our Level 4, Featured Presenter Package, offers exhibitors unique opportunities that make the Chicago Resource Expo a "Cut Above" other resource conferences.

First, your company would get one of only a few 20 Minute Presentation Time Slots on Friday evening, November 5th. Our Friday evening public crowd always makes for a “Standing Room Only” experience in Algonquin Hall, ensuring maximum exposure to any Featured Presenter.

In addition, you will receive a Broadcast Quality, 2 Camera Video of Your Company Speech! We include a professional video shoot and post production package of your company presentation. Your speech will be videotaped using the latest technology:

• two camera video shoot
• high-definition digital recording
• broadcast quality microphone
• post production editing
• smooth integration of your Powerpoint into final video

You will receive a fully edited DVD and a digital file of your presentation. You can post your video to YouTube and embed it on your company web site.

A video production like this would normally run thousands of dollars. We have made special arrangements to bring this opportunity to your company at a greatly reduced rate. One on One Interview with Al Korelin

Al Korelin, Host of the Korelin Economics Report Radio Show, will be shooting interviews with exhibitors during the 2 day Chicago Resource Expo. The interviews will be shot in a state of the art studio in the Holiday Inn Convention Center. Every interview recorded will be placed on the Korelin Economics Report Web Site, which gets high traffic on a daily basis.
